Swordsman Marine was established in 2000 to revive the principles of the original Fairey Marine range of high performance cruising motor yachts.

The directors are:

Richard Gough

Apart from being a Fairey boat owner and enthusiast, Richard brings his many years' experience as treasurer of a publicly quoted commodity trading company to Swordsman Marine. He is a Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, and is also a director of a number of companies in the commodity and property sectors.

Nigel Rickman

Nigel brings much experience to the company having been involved in the boat industry for many years, including the postition of Managing Director at Bucklers Hard Boat Builders during their time building the Nelson boats. Nigel now manages the operational side of Swordsman Marine and Yachting Projects.
